4 ways to eat healthier in fast food restaurants

I have to tell you four ways to make eating in fast food restaurants a little healthier.

It doesn’t mean that you can eat burgers everyday!

Anyway, 4 tips to reduce the damage of the fast food:

1. Choose the smallest portions, even if you are very hungry. According to nutritionist, man consumes six times more food than it actually needs.

2. The more colorful, the better. Example: some chips have only one colour – the fries. Look, a salad is another thing, it is colorful and accordingly useful.
