Get rid of 3 bad habits

Do not overeat!

This will not be the last meal in your life, so why you have to try to fill every available spot in your body.

If you eat less, but several times a day is much better.

Do not eat in front of the TV

Yes, it’s very nice. But it is so harmful.

Give enough attention to nutrition, prepare the table and use the time while eating to see your family.

Even if you are alone, listen to your favourite music and enjoy the food.

Replace one of your daily coffees with tea.



I don’t even think to stop you the morning coffee. I suspect that there are people to whom the successful day is due to their coffee with milk and juice.

But the afternoon is absolutely unnecessary. Why not make yourself a nice cup of tea instead of the coffee and have a 10 minutes break?!
