Grapefruit juice diet

Every day drink at least 2 litres of water.

Eat only until you satiate the hunger, not more.

- You should not replace or remove products from your diet.
- Limit coffee to 1 cup daily with meals.

- Do not eat between meal hours, if you follow the diet strictly, you will not feel hungry

- You can eat lettuce and chicken meat as much as you want

- Do not eat desserts and bread

Now the diet itself:

Breakfast:

250 ml. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice without sugar

2 eggs, boiled or fried

2 slices bacon

1 cup of coffee or tea

Lunch:

250 ml. grapefruit juice without sugar

salad with dressing, optionally

roasted meat as much as you want

Dinner:

250 ml. grapefruit juice without sugar

Salad or steamed vegetables and spices

red meat or grilled fish

Bedtime:

250ml. of tomato juice or the same amount of milk

You must remove from your menu onions, potatoes, corn, peas, fruit, bread and pasta.

You have to be friend with red onions, peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, cabbage, tomatoes, cheese and nuts.

You can follow the diet for a week, and then continue with moderately eating, because you do not want to become a victim of the yo-yo effect.
